Job Title – Executive – Employee Life Cycle (HR Operations)
Location – Del NCR (Noida Office)
Employment Type – Full Time
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal
candidate brings solid hands-on experience in core HR operations and a solid grounding in talent acquisition,
making them a versatile contributor who can seamlessly manage the full employee lifecycle - from hire to retire.
Operating within a fast-paced tech consulting environment, you will be expected to work independently,
demonstrate strong process orientation, and partner closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
a. ELC: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle
i. Annual Manpower Planning i.e., Headcount Forecasting for Finance: Submit a monthly headcount
projection (planned joiners, planned exits, open positions) to Finance to support people-cost
budgeting.
ii. Onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, separations, and full & final settlement.
b. HR-MIS: Own and Maintain accurate and up-to-date Employee records in the HRMS (e.g., HRIS &
Zoho HR).
c. People Analytics & Strategic HR Insights:
i. HR analytics frameworks (dashboards & key inputs) to provide leadership with actionable insights
on workforce trends, talent risks, productivity, and engagement.
ii. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in HR operations
through process standardization, digitalization, and governance frameworks that enhance
operational efficiency and enable HR to scale effectively with business growth.
iii. Maintaining Zoho HR in structured manner.
d. Compensation & Regulatory Compliance & Governance:
i. Monthly Attendance (Leave Regularization, Leave Without Pay Comm to employee, Travel
Reimbursements, Pre-Employment Medical Check-Up) etc.
ii. Provision: Leave Accrual, Gratuity Provisioning, HR Monthly Expense Provisioning to Finance
etc.
iii. Variable Pay & Incentive Accruals: Co-own the variable pay provision calendar; share headcount,
eligibility, and estimated payout data with Finance each quarter so that incentive cost is properly
accrued before the actual payout month.
iv. Full & Final Settlement Liability: Prepare the FnF computation sheet for every exit (pending
leaves, gratuity,
notice pay recovery/payout) and submit to outsourced partner on time for liability
clearance within defined TAT.
v. Retiral & Benefits Cost Tracking: Maintain a month-wise schedule of employer contributions, PF,
NPS (where applicable), group health / term / personal accident insurance premiums and share
with Finance for accurate cost-centre allocation.
vi. Other Components - coordinating with the payroll team for timely and error-free processing.
e. AMDC Labour Governance & Regulatory Compliance (Compliance with 3rd Party): Keeping
documents ready to ensure statutory compliance across PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, LWF, Bonus Act, and
Shops & Establishment Act; coordinate with legal/compliance teams.
f. Documentation:
i. Draft, issue, and manage employment documentation (Employee File Maintenance, Offer Letters,
Appointment Letters, Experience Certificates, Relieving Letters, and Disciplinary Letters).
ii. Employee Records (Education, Identity, Work Experience, Past Employment Letter, Pre
Employment Medical Check-Up, Mediclaim Nomination etc., Service Expenses: HR Expenses
Record).
iii. Joining Announcement (Employee Photo, Single Pager Introduction, Skill Inventory, Location
Updates).
g. Own and drive HR MIS: prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on headcount, attrition, hiring, and
workforce analytics for leadership review.
h. PMS: Support HR Head in PMS (Preparing and Provisioning Variable Pay Working Sheet, Annual
Appraisal Working Sheet, Printing Letters, Distributing Letters and Keeping Records).
i. Overview of Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances and queries promptly, ensuring positive
employee experience.
j. Employee Engagement: Support Engagement Initiatives, Town Hall Program, R&R; programs, Pulse
Surveys (Micro-Soft Forms), and culture-building activities.
k. Audit Preparedness:
i.
Drive HR audit readiness & respond to internal/external audit queries related to employee data
and process compliance.
ii. Compliance Training: Drive Compliance Training for new joiners and existing employees.
iii. Hiring Checklist Adherence: Keep the Pre-Post Hiring Checklist updated for HR Audit.
iv. Keeping the contracts and licenses updated for HR vertical (TA Agreement, Administrative
Contracts - Travel, Reservations).
l. Managing Administrative Tasks
i. Managing travel requisitions for employees & non-ctc reimbursements.
ii. VISA Application through 3rd party, Service PO records and maintaining records for expenses.
iii. Travel Audit and Travel Policy Administration.
2. Talent Acquisition:
a. Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and junior roles across technology, consulting, and
support functions for MES function + Data Science.
b. Partner with hiring managers to
i. Define Job Description.
ii. Establish and Adhere structured interview processes.
iii. Keeping Stake-holder involved.
c. Source candidates through diverse channels (LinkedIn), Internal Job Posting, Employee Referrals,
Social Media, and staffing partners.
d. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, coordinate technical/panel interview scheduling, and
manage offer negotiations.
e. Tracker Maintenance: Maintain and update the Applicant Details in Share-Point / Excel Sheet Trackers
with accurate candidate disposition and stage updates.
f. Track key TA metrics: TAT, Offer-To-Join Ratio, Source Mix, Cost/Hire and report hiring progress
against monthly targets.
g. Onboarding: Drive a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding, serving as
the primary point of contact.
h. Employer Branding on Linkedin: Support employer branding initiatives as needed.
Required qualifications
• Graduation / Post Graduation, But Solid at MS Excel & PPT.
Preferred qualifications
• Grad / Post Grad / MBA in HR.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and HR analytics / MIS reporting.
