Role – Sr Automation Lead

Skillset: API automation should be strong in RestAssured + Java, (Selenium as secondary)

Shift Timings: 2pm -11pm

Location & Work Mode

- Primary Location: Delhi / Gurgaon / NCR
- Work Mode: Hybrid – Candidates are required to work from the office 1 day per week.
- Pan-India Option: Candidates from other locations can also be considered, provided they are comfortable working 100% remotely (Work from Home).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive automation lead 10-12 years of experience in software testing, including strong hands-on expertise in RestAssured-based API automation, along with leadership in test strategy, automation, quality assurance processes, governance and metrics reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products through advanced automation and testing techniques, mentoring junior testers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

- 10-12 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation script development using RestAssured
- Solid hands on experience with Rest Assured and Java




- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Nice to have experience in Selenium(java)

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts using RestAssured
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
- Governance and metrics reporting.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in domains preferably Airlines domain
