Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Calicut
Qualification: Graduate in any stream; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
Experience: 7–12 Years in Field Sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Industry: FMCG / Consumer Durables / Dealer-Distributor Intensive Sectors
CTC: 8–12 Lakhs per annum, depending on candidate profile Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans for the North Kerala region.
* Appoint and develop new distributors/RDS in untapped markets .
* Lead and supervise SSEs, conduct training, joint market visits and performance reviews.
* Monitor competitor activities and recommend suitable pricing, schemes, and market strategies.




* Drive secondary sales and ensure effective stock movement from distributors to wholesale, retail, and supermarket counters.
* Identify opportunities to increase market share and strengthen the company’s presence across the region.
* Manage distributor relationships and ensure achievement of sales and distribution targets.
* Analyze sales data, forecasting, expenses, and market performance to drive business decisions.
* Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and achievement of regional targets.
* Robust regional knowledge of North Kerala and local market dynamics.
