Designation: Warehouse Superviso

Experience: 6 Months

Industry: Logistics, Warehousing & Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

- Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure proper material handling.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock counting and reconciliation.

- Ensure proper stacking, storage and identification of materials.

- Allocate work to warehouse staff and monitor daily productivity.

- Coordinate with transport, operations and other internal teams for timely dispatches.

- Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward material movement.

- Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety and security standards.

- Identify stock discrepancies, damages or operational issues and report them to management.





- Prepare daily warehouse reports and maintain required operational records.

- Follow company SOPs, quality standards and warehouse processes.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.

- Good understanding of inventory management and stock handling.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse documentation.

- Team handling and manpower coordination skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse workplace.

- Knowledge of WMS/ERP will be an added advantage.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
