Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage business opportunities for commercial office leasing.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office space solutions.
- Coordinate with landlords, developers, coworking operators,



and other supply partners to source suitable properties.
- Prepare commercial proposals, comparisons, presentations, and quotations for clients.
- Coordinate agreements, contracts, renewals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate client databases, sales pipelines, and property inventory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and business partners.
- Conduct market research on commercial real estate trends, rentals, and availability.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Draft professional emails and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high service standards throughout the sales cycle.

Candidate Profile
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, or any client-facing role. Fresh graduates with solid communication skills are encouraged to apply.
