nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead the real estate sales function and drive overall revenue growth.n
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.n
- Manage Sales Managers and sales teams across assigned markets.n
- Drive customer acquisition, site visits, negotiations and high-value deal closures.n
- Monitor sales forecasts, pipelines, conversion ratios and revenue performance.n
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners and key stakeholders.n
- Mentor sales leaders and build a strong, performance-driven sales culture.n
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights and strategic recommendations to management.n

nCandidate Profile:

- n
- 10+ years of sales experience with a strong background in Real Estate Sales.n
- Proven experience in managing and scaling sales teams.n




- Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle and customer acquisition.n
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and high-ticket closing capabilities.n
- Robust business orientation with a consistent record of achieving revenue targets.n
