About the Role n
nWe are looking for someone who can understand clients, understand numbers and make things happen.
n
nThis is NOT a traditional client-servicing role where you simply take requests from clients and pass them on to internal teams.
n
nYou will work closely with healthcare clients, understand their business and digital performance,



coordinate with multiple internal teams and ensure that the right things get done.

nWe are looking for someone with strong aptitude, analytical thinking, communication skills and a high sense of ownership who can start by supporting client accounts and, over time, grow into owning the 360° digital growth of healthcare clients.

- Work closely with healthcare clients and build robust, trusted relationships.n
- Understand client requirements, priorities and business objectives.n
- Translate client conversations into clear actions for internal teams.n
- Coordinate across Performance Marketing, SEO, Website, Content, Design and Technology teams.n
- Track multiple deliverables, timelines and dependencies and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.n
