n Role Overview:
nWe are looking for a strategic and creative Copy Supervisor to lead content development and guide a team of copywriters. This role involves driving creative direction, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-quality content across campaigns.

n Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and positioning.n
- Create and oversee high-quality content across formats (social, SEO, web, scripts, storyboards).n
- Decode briefs and infuse strategic and creative insights.n
- Lead ideation for campaigns, pitches, and content calendars.n
- Review and refine content to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.n
- Supervise production processes, including shoots and creative checks.n
- Provide direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior team members.n
- Review and enhance presentations for client and internal meetings.n




- Act as the first point of contact for creative escalations.n
- Drive innovation through industry research and new content formats.n
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to internal processes.n

n Preferred Skills:

- 4–6 years of experience in copywriting (digital agency preferred).n
- Strong creative thinking and strategic storytelling skills.n
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and presentation abilities.n
- Strong understanding of social media and digital ecosystems.n
- Proven experience in team management and mentoring.n
- Ability to write across diverse styles and tones with accuracy.n
