ONE Simulation is looking for a highly driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help us expand our healthcare simulation solutions across India and international markets. n
Location: Noida, India & Cardiff, UK n
n Role: Sales Specialist n
n Experience: 0–3 Years preferred | High-performance freshers may also apply n
Key Responsibilities n
1. Sales Pipeline & Customer Engagementn
* Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups n
n* Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations n
n* Identify recent business opportunities and convert qualified leads n
2. Sales Target Achievementn
* Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets n
n* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports n
n* Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure n
3. Conferences & Workshopsn
* Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops n
n* Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers n




n* Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into sales n
4. Sales-Driven Mindsetn
* Strong hunger for achieving and exceeding targets n
n* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills n
n* Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment n
n* Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops n
What We’re Looking For n
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills n
n* Passion for sales and business development n
n* Ability to build relationships and influence customers n
n* Self-motivated, target-oriented and highly accountable n
n* Experience in medical devices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2B sales is an advantage n
