nIn this role, you will work with the customers and agency planners to establish long-term partnerships for advertisers within a designated industry. You will own revenue targets for key
naccounts and utilise your understanding of market dynamics, and TV ad
ninventories to create value for your clients
nKey Responsibilities
n● You will be Jiostar's ambassador in the market for the accounts you own.
nYou will be expected to understand India's DTV ecosystem, stay abreast
nwith industry trends and innovations, along with establishing and
ndemonstrating an understanding of JioStar's ad solutions and capabilities
n● You will be expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular
nbasis; be proactive in highlighting any roadblocks and maintain high
nstandards in sales processes
n● You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end
nwith minimum supervision
n● Acting as an advisor on brand solutions in a strategic way and drive
nbusiness
n● You will also be focusing on deeper client interactions to drive case
nstudies,



client interviews, executing joint business plans & maintaining
nmonthly run rates etc.
n● You will work closely with the cross functional ads revenue team for the
nconceptualization & execution of all deals for your accounts
nSkills & Attributes for success
n• Preferably experience from Ad sales background in TV who has
nworked in this market and has connected with key clients and
nagencies
n• Understanding Key account management principles/consultative
nselling
n• Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to
ndrive and achieve sales targets
n• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
n• Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client
nconversations at deal level
n• Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network, and have
neffective negotiations, and utilizing these to drive recent business
n• Persistence to drive sales f
