We're looking for a Non-Fiction Producer to lead the development of unscripted content across formats. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes reality television, documentaries, and factual entertainment, and has a strong instinct for identifying compelling stories, shaping original concepts, and taking projects from idea to pitch-ready development.

You'll play a key role in building our slate of non-fiction projects, working closely with the founding team to create formats that are both creatively exciting and commercially viable.

What You'll Do -

1. Research trends, audiences, and emerging formats across Indian and global non-fiction content.
2. Develop original show concepts, format bibles, treatments, pitch decks, and presentation materials.
3. Identify compelling real-world stories, subjects, and talent that can become premium content.
4. Conduct research, interviews, and field development where required.
5. Stay on top of industry trends, streamers commissioning patterns, and opportunities in the non-fiction space.
6. Build, lead, and mentor the non-fiction development team.
7. Manage department workflows, priorities, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
8. Plan staffing requirements and manage internal and freelance creative talent.

Establish processes that improve collaboration, accountability, and project delivery.

What We're Looking For -

1. 5+ years of experience in non-fiction television, documentaries, digital content, or unscripted development.
2. Strong understanding of reality formats, factual entertainment, and documentary storytelling.
3. Excellent research and storytelling skills.
4. Experience creating pitch decks, treatments, and development materials.
5. Ability to independently manage multiple projects from concept to presentation.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. A genuine curiosity about people, culture, current affairs, and untold stories.

Bonus Points If You Have -

1. Experience developing projects for OTT platforms or television networks.
2. Experience with international format adaptation or original format creation.
