BestlaTech is looking for a Full Stack AI Developer who can build complete, scalable applications while working on the latest AI and agentic technologies.

This role is for someone who is strong in both Full Stack Development and AI development. You should be comfortable taking ownership of projects, understanding requirements, making technical decisions, and building solutions with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain end-to-end web applications and AI-powered products.
- Develop scalable backend systems using Python/Django or Node.js.
- Build responsive and high-performing frontends using React.js or Vue.js.
- Design and develop AI agents, agentic workflows, and AI-powered applications.
- Work with LLMs, RAG, tool calling, AI APIs, vector databases, and model integrations.
- Integrate AI capabilities into real-world, production-ready products.
- Design and develop APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Work with databases, authentication, caching, background jobs, and other core application components.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Take ownership of the complete development lifecycle, from idea to deployment.
- Write clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable code.
- Solve technical challenges independently and make practical decisions when requirements are not fully defined.
- Collaborate with the team to turn ideas and business requirements into working products.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.




- Solid backend experience with Python/Django or Node.js.
- Strong frontend experience with React.js or Vue.js.
- Hands-on experience in building AI applications, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
- Good understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, tool/function calling, and AI integrations.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and modern application architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait for detailed instructions for every step.

Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-agent systems.
- Experience with FastAPI, Next.js, or TypeScript.
- Experience with Kubernetes or scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building and deploying AI products from scratch.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
