Title: Assistant Technical Manager – BIM (Highways & Roads)

We are looking for an Assistant Technical Manager / Technical Manager – Highways & Roads to lead highway design and BIM delivery for Middle East projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and review highway design deliverables including road layouts, plan & profiles, interchanges, roundabouts, signs & markings, pavements, kerbs, footways and typical sections.
- Manage and review Highways 3D models and ensure technical accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- Guide junior engineers/designers and perform technical checks, QA/QC and drawing reviews.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for design integration, clash resolution and model coordination.
- Support development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans, workflows, MIDP and TIDP.
- Work with project and discipline leads to ensure delivery meets project scope, client requirements and applicable standards.




- Ensure compliance with relevant UAE/Middle East and international highway design standards.

Key Requirements

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in Roads/Highways/Infrastructure Design.
- 8+ years of Middle East/UAE experience in roads/highways design and CAD drafting.
- Strong experience in geometric design of roads, roundabouts, grade-separated intersections and complex interchanges.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks and ACC/BIM 360.
- Good understanding of BIM processes, LOD, CDE and BIM coordination.
- Knowledge of UAE/QHDM, Abu Dhabi, AASHTO and KSA standards/guidelines.
- Strong technical leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to programming, coding or automation tools will be an added advantage.

Preferred:

- Candidates with solid UAE/Abu Dhabi highway design and BIM project experience.
