Job Title: Sr. Executive – US Accounting

Job Summary: Atidiv is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to join our team in Pune. If you have strong experience in US Accounting, US GAAP, NetSuite, reconciliations, and financial reporting, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US accounting processes for assigned clients/entities

• Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger, and perform reconciliations

• Handle AP & AR activities

• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and supporting schedules

• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and company policies

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on accounting queries

• Support FP&A; and reporting activities

• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies within timelines

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field





• 2+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance

• Robust knowledge of US GAAP, payroll processes, and tax regulations

• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite

• Experience with payroll software such as ADP/Paychex

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
