nThe Project Manager will be the single point of contact (POC) for various academic program at the university campus. This role is responsible for on-ground program execution, student engagement, and coordination between the university, faculty, and central delivery teams to ensure a seamless learning experience. The role demands solid ownership, operational rigor, and student-first thinking.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Campus Operations & Program Execution
n
- n
- Act as the on-campus POC for various degree programs.n
- Ensure smooth execution of classes, labs, workshops, and industry sessionsn
- Coordinate classroom readiness (digital boards, cameras, mics, internet) for live-streamed sessionsn
- Monitor daily schedules, session attendance, and session start/end hygienen

n2. Student Engagement & Support
n
- n
- Drive student onboarding including orientation, bridge courses, and LMS accessn
- Serve as the first line of support for student queries related to academics, schedules, and program deliveryn
- Track student participation,



engagement, and early risk indicators (drop-offs, low attendance)n
- Proactively communicate important updates, timelines, and action items to studentsn

n3. Faculty & Stakeholder Coordination

- n
- Coordinate with on-campus faculty, visiting industry experts, and remote instructorsn
- Support faculty with hybrid tools, session logistics, and classroom setupn
- Liaise with the central academic, employability, and operations teamsn
- Escalate issues with clear context and proposed solutionsn

n4. Academic & Compliance Hygiene

- Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, academic calendars, and delivery standardsn
- Maintain records related to sessions, attendance, assessments, and auditsn
- Support internal and external audits as required by the programn
