nAQM Technologies is seeking a energetic and results-driven Vice President / Sales Head – GCC Sales (Global Capability Centers) to lead its India and International Sales organization. The role is responsible for driving strategic business growth, expanding the company's global footprint, developing high-performing sales teams, and accelerating revenue across domestic and international markets.
nThe ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in enterprise IT services sales, have a proven track record of building successful sales organizations,



and demonstrate the ability to engage with C-level executives across multiple industries.

- Lead and mentor the India and International Sales teams to achieve aggressive business growth.n
- Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching, performance management, and capability development.n
- Define sales KPIs, pipeline governance, forecasting, and reporting mechanisms.n
