Job Description About the Role
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sr . Accountant with strong expertise in ERP to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing accounting operations. Possess strong knowledge of financial reporting, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting international business operations.
n Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operationsn
- Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and ensure accurate financial record keeping.n
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.n
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.n
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.n
- Conduct bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and journal entries.n
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.n
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.n
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.n




- Identify process improvements and optimize accounting workflows within Epicor ERP.n
- Assist finance leadership with management reports and business insights.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and system-related issues.n

n Required Skills & Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter/MBA Finance is an added advantage).n
- Strong understanding of General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.n
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes.n
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls.n
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills.n
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare management reports.n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.n
- Ability to work independently and lead accounting activities.n
