Job Description Executive Assistant to CMD
n Key Responsibilities
n1. Logistics & Event Management
n
- n
- Manage the CMD’s meeting schedules, travel, appointments and day-to-day logistics .n
- Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, conferences, corporate events, client meetings and other engagements.n
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, vendors and service providers to ensure seamless execution of events and travel.n
- Ensure end-to-end coordination, including agendas, venues, travel arrangements, documentation and follow-ups.n

n2. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CMD to drive alignment and timely execution.n
- Work closely with Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) across functions such as Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Business Development.n
- Follow up on key decisions, action items and strategic initiatives discussed by the CMD and ensure timely closure.n




- Facilitate communication between the CMD’s office and various business functions, ensuring effective information flow and coordination.n
- Track critical deliverables and escalate delays or issues to the appropriate stakeholders.n

n3. Executive Communication

- Draft timely, high-quality executive communications including emails, notes, briefing documents, speeches, presentations and internal/external communication.n
- Prepare talking points, meeting briefs and background notes for the CMD.n
- Ensure communication is explicit, concise, accurate and aligned with the CMD’s requirements.n
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain information and ensure timely responses and closure of action points.n

n4. Market Research & Analysis

- Conduct market, industry, competitor and business research to support the CMD’s decision-making.n
- Analyse industry trends, emerging opportunities, competitive landscape and market developments.n
