nKey Responsibilities:
nAct as the primary point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate resolutions.
nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
nAssist in the home-buying process, guiding customers through documentation and post-sales support.
nCollaborate with sales, CRM,



and legal teams to streamline customer communication.
nTrack customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records.
nAddress and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
nAnalyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
nEnsure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
nWork closely with the management team to enhance overall customer engagement and retention.
nQualifications & Skills:
nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
n5+ years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate or housing projects.
nStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
nProficiency in CRM software and Mic
