nThe Executive Assistant / Manager – Strategy (Manufacturing) is a high-impact techno-managerial role supporting the Managment in driving manufacturing governance, strategic initiatives, financial oversight, and execution discipline across units.
nThis is a strategic coordination role extending beyond conventional executive assistance. The incumbent shall function as:

- B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical or equivalent) – Mandatoryn
- MBA in Operations / Business Administration – Mandatoryn

n3. Experience Profile

- n
- 5-8years in manufacturing / plant operations / corporate manufacturing & supply chain strategyn
- Exposure to multi-plant operations preferred, cross-functional business leadershipn
- Experience in preparing annual operating plan, capex tracking, civil factory infrastructure projects, digital & IIoT initiatives, vendor management desirable, sound knowledge of the product life cycle & product costing regimesn
