nRole Summary
nSupport the CBO in driving program management and PMO rigor across cross-functional workstreams. The role will involve tracking key milestones, coordinating follow-ups, supporting leadership reviews and maintaining a strong operating cadence.

- Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines and dependencies.n
- Coordinate follow-ups across cross-functional teams.n
- Maintain project calendars, trackers and leadership review decks.n
- Support strategic analysis, reporting and preparation of management updates.n
- Assist in driving the operating cadence across key initiatives.n
- Identify gaps or delays and proactively follow up with stakeholders.n




- Support the CBO on special projects and strategic initiatives.n

nRequired

- n
- 0–2 years of experience; startup, consulting or program management experience preferred.n
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and communication skills.n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.n
- Robust ownership and execution orientation.n
- Structured approach to problem-solving.n
- Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.n
- High adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.n
- Relevant sports/apparel/footwear experience is preferred.n
- Startup/build-from-zero experience is a plus.n
