n About eMbrace
neMbrace is a fast-growing child and adolescent mental health organisation providing evidence-based, compassionate care to children, adolescents and families. We run premium care centres across Delhi NCR — Vasant Kunj, Gurgaon and an in-hospital unit at Rainbow Children Hospital — supported by a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, special educators and behaviour therapists.
nOur work spans clinical care, school inclusion programmes, corporate neurodiversity and wellness initiatives, and skilled education for clinicians and educators. We are building the referral and partnership engine that will take this model pan-India.

n The Role
nWe are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Business Development Manager to own the top of our growth funnel. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role, not a desk or strategy role. You will spend most of your week in front of people — paediatricians, developmental paediatricians, psychiatrists, hospital teams, school leaders and corporate HR heads — building the relationships that bring families to eMbrace.
nYou will start as an individual contributor owning the Delhi NCR market. As the referral engine and corporate book grow, there is a clear path to building and leading a team, and to expanding the role into a PAN-India growth mandate.
nMarketing support is available for collateral, campaigns and events; you will drive the field effort and the relationships.
