Role Description This full time remote role combines the responsibilities of a Communications Specialist with those of a Public Speaking Teacher. The selected candidate will craft and manage clear, consistent communications across digital channels, including internal announcements, press releases, and strategic messaging aligned with Fantastiqo's mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and editing written content, coordinating communication plans for programs and initiatives, and maintaining brand voice and tone. In parallel, the candidate will design and deliver engaging online lessons in public speaking and presentation skills, guide learners through practice and feedback sessions, and support their confidence and effectiveness as communicators. The role involves collaborating with academic and marketing teams, tracking communication impact,



and continuously refining content and teaching approaches based on learner and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- Experience in writing and managing press releases, with an understanding of media outreach and basic public relations practices.
- Background in strategic communications, including planning and executing communication campaigns that support organizational goals.
- Proficiency in internal communications, including drafting announcements, updates, and instructional materials for staff and learners.
- Demonstrated ability to teach or coach public speaking, presentation skills, or related communication competencies in an online or classroom setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with strong attention to detail, grammar, and style.
- Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access and familiarity with digital collaboration and e-learning tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, English, Media Studies, or a related field; teaching or training certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in education, e-learning, or youth-focused programs is beneficial, along with a genuine interest in learner success.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
