About the Role

We are looking for a HR Recruiter Intern who is enthusiastic about building a career in recruitment and human resources. The intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their skills, experience, and career preferences.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/internal teams.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Assist in preparing recruitment reports and daily hiring updates.





Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support the HR/Recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities.

Requirements

Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
