ToyStack is building an AI-native engineering platform that enables enterprises to design, build, deploy, and operate autonomous AI agents at scale. We work with global enterprises to solve complex business problems using AI, automation, and modern cloud technologies.

Role Overview

This is a customer-facing leadership role — the first dedicated delivery hire at ToyStack. You will act as a Pod Manager and the single owner of the full client engagement lifecycle: from discovery and SOW through internal coordination across product and engineering, to delivery, go-live, commercial closure, and post-production support. This is not a coordinator role. We are looking for someone who thinks and acts like an owner.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for enterprise clients — managing relationships, governance calls, escalations, and executive reviews
- Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design; translate business problems into actionable technical specs
- Propose and architect solutions in collaboration with internal product and engineering teams before handing off to delivery
- Own scope of work (SOW) definition, change request management, and scope negotiation with clients




- Coordinate across product, engineering, QA, and DevOps to track milestones and remove delivery blockers
- Drive sprint planning, development tracking, UAT, production rollout, and hypercare support
- Manage commercial closure — milestone sign-offs, invoice approvals, and payment follow-ups
- Identify opportunities to propose next phases or enhancements to existing clients
- Build and maintain delivery documentation — FRDs, BRDs, RAID logs, sprint plans, UAT documents, and support handover docs

Must-Have Requirements

- Proven external + internal stakeholder management — experience as SPOC for enterprise clients, not just internal teams
- End-to-end delivery ownership — from SOW/scope definition through go-live and sign-off
- Project-specific evidence of impact — named projects, measurable outcomes, and client-facing accountability (not just governance language)
- AI / tech conversational fluency — comfortable discussing LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, databases, APIs, and cloud concepts with client infra teams
- Solution design capability — able to understand a client business problem and propose a solution architecture without being a coder

- Healthcare domain background (ToyStack's live clients are healthcare-heavy)
- Strong brand signal — notable employer or institution (top-tier product companies, IITs, funded startups)
- Commercial ownership experience — invoice approvals, payment follow-ups, AMC/support renewals
- Hands-on exposure to AI/LLM product teams that shipped features

Technical Understanding

Coding is not required, but comfort discussing technical architecture, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and AI/agentic concepts with engineering and client infra teams is essential.

Reporting & Team

Reports to the Co-Founder. Initial team of 4–5; cross-domain client engagements across healthcare, logistics, law enforcement, and enterprise automation.
