- Managing all complex underwriting quotes and/or proposals of that specific cargo segmentn
- Handling reinsurance aspects of that segmentn
- Create underwriting guidelines and information sheets for various cargos forms part of that segmentn
- Innovation in underwriting approach to structure policy designing to suit the exact requirement of insured's and/or intermediaries.n
- Identifying niche pockets within the segment for potential and sustainable business growthn
- Monitoring claims and loss reserves of the segment and working in synergy with claims team for optimize loss reserves of that segmentn
- Seamless working with marine risk management team for controlling and managing of losses for further improvement of bottom linen
- To lead interactions with internal stakeholders and partners for speedy resolutions of identified issuesn
- Any projects, at product level or function level or at organizational level.n
- Create working cohesiveness with regional team for growth of the allocated segment.n
- Create risk register of various cargo forming part of that segment.n
- Positive understanding of large risks underwritingn
