- Lead and manage large-scale ServiceNow delivery programs across multiple clientsn
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle – from solution design to implementation and supportn
- Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise standardsn
- Oversee program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communicationn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, consulting, and operationsn
- Provide strategic direction on ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmapn
- Mentor and lead high-performing delivery teamsn

- 20+ years of experience in IT services delivery, with strong exposure to ServiceNown
- Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementationsn

- Hands-on experience in designing / customizing ServiceNow modulesn
