- Oversee administration tasks such as employee data management, leave tracking, and compliance reporting.n
- Collaborate with HR team to resolve any issues related to payroll discrepancies or employee queries.n
- Ensure seamless integration between different systems like ADP Solutions, Oracle, SAP, PeopleStrong for efficient processing.n

nJob Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in Payroll Management & Operations role.n
- Strong knowledge of ADP Solutions (End-to-End) including administration modules like Darwin Box.n
- Proficiency in managing multiple software applications such as Oracle Peoplesoft HCM Cloud Payroll module.n
