nAyka Medical is a leading manufacturer of sterilization packaging and monitoring products, supplying hospitals across India. We specialize in CSSD consumables including sterilization reels, pouches, wraps, and chemical indicators. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage our accounting, statutory compliance, and financial operations.

n Key Responsibilities

n Accounting & Finance :
n
n
- n
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Primen
- Record sales, purchase, bank and journal entriesn
- Maintain cash and bank records accuratelyn
- Process vendor payments and expense vouchersn
- Prepare monthly salary sheets and process payrolln

n Statutory Compliance:
n
n
- n
- Independently handle GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & Annual Return)n
- Manage TDS deduction, payment and quarterly filingsn
- Coordinate ESI & EPF compliancesn
- Liaise with Chartered Accountants for audits and income tax mattersn

nBanking & Payments :
n
n
- n




- Perform bank reconciliation regularlyn
- Coordinate bank visits and documentationn
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues, utility bills and other recurring paymentsn
- Process payments only after management approvaln

n
n Financial Reporting & Controls :
n
n
- n
- Prepare monthly cash flow reportsn
- Track receivables, payables and payment due datesn
- Proactively remind management about upcoming financial obligationsn
- Report any discrepancies or compliance risks immediatelyn
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentationn

n Qualifications
n
n
- n
- 4–6 years of experience as an independent Accountant or Senior Accountantn
- Expert knowledge of Tally Prime (mandatory)n
- Robust understanding of GST, TDS, ESI & EPF compliancen
- Experience in a manufacturing or trading company preferredn
- Proficiency in MS Exceln
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter will be an added advantage)n
