nSomeone who instinctively notices a great ad. Someone who knows what brands are doing right, what feels dated, what is starting to trend and, more importantly, why something works with an audience.

nThis is not a role for someone who simply wants to make more content.

nWe are looking for someone with strong creative taste, sharp consumer understanding and the ability
n to turn insights into ideas. You should be equally comfortable thinking about a campaign, writing a copy
nline, breaking down a reel, spotting a cultural trend or explaining why a particular creative will—or won't—
nresonate with a 20-year-old.

nYou will play a key role in shaping how the brand communicates across social media, campaigns, digital
nplatforms and other consumer-facing touchpoints.

n What You’ll Do

n1. Own Creative Strategy

- n
- Develop creative ideas and strategies across campaigns, social media, digital and brand initiatives.n




- Translate business objectives into consumer-relevant creative communication.n
- Develop creative territories, concepts and campaign ideas that are distinctive and relevant.n
- Work closely with designers, video teams, copywriters and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.n
- Ensure that creative output is not just aesthetically good, but has a clear consumer insight andn
- strategic thought behind it.n

- Develop a deep understanding of the 18–30-year-old consumer—their aspirations, behavior,n
- language, interests, culture and attention patterns.n
- Understand what makes people stop scrolling, engage, share, save and remember.n

n3. Build Creative Taste

- Develop and maintain a strong point of view on what valuable creative looks like for the brand.n
- Challenge work that feels generic, derivative, overly promotional or disconnected from the aud
