Job DescriptionThe Key Accounts Manager (Sales & Marketing) role, located on site in Padra - Vadodara, will be responsible for to effectively represent the company within assigned key accounts, build strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), and continuously increase the share of wallet within assigned accounts through strategic account management and business development initiatives.
nSales Strategy and Planning

- Implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve assigned sales targets.n
- Drive business growth and increase share of wallet within allocated accounts.n
- Identify growth opportunities and execute account-specific sales plans.n
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in achieving regional sales objectives.n
- Develop annual and quarterly account growth plans.n

nMarket Analysis & Customer Relationship Management

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends impacting assigned accounts.n
- Identify potential opportunities for increasing business within existing customers.n




- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers.n
- Understand customer requirements and proactively recommend suitable solutions.n
- Monitor competitor activities and customer buying patterns.n

nSales Performance Management

- Track and monitor account performance against sales targets.n
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.n
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts and account reviews.n
- Ensure achievement of revenue, bookings, and recent business opportunity targets.n
- Take corrective actions to address performance gaps.n
