Job DescriptionAttend OP and IP patients and provide appropriate medical care.
nDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
nHandle emergency medical cases whenever required.
nConduct regular inpatient rounds and monitor patient progress.
nCoordinate with consultants and other departments for multidisciplinary patient care.
nMaintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
nEnsure timely discharge summaries, treatment plans and follow-up instructions.
nFollow hospital clinical protocols, infection-control standards and patient-safety guidelines.
