nTranslate business problems into sharp, actionable briefs
nOrchestrate cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, and digital
nDrive timelines, push for better work, and ensure nothing leaves the door half-baked
nAnticipate client needs and proactively bring ideas to the table

n Must-haves:
nExperience in an integrated advertising/creative agency
nStrong narrative thinking — you can connect business, brand, and creative
nHigh ownership, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity
nAbility to manage multiple workstreams without losing sharpness
nTaste. Judgment. And a genuine respect for good work
