- Creative collaboration: Bring fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions, help conceptualize video formats, and participate in pre-production planning.n
- Stay up to date: Constantly explore recent editing styles, transitions, techniques, and technologies to keep content current and impactful.n
- Shoot in-house videos: Handle all aspects of video production including lighting, sound, and camera setup.n

Google Flow, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.n
- Strong understanding of music, color grading, and post-production workflows.n
- Experience with motion graphics and animation tools.n
