Job Summary:

Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment under the guidance of experienced engineers. Independently executes primary structural design tasks and supports the delivery of engineering projects by applying established structural engineering principles, industry standards, and company procedures. Contributes to project success through technical analysis, design development, coordination, and mentoring of junior team members while ensuring adherence to project budgets and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
- Prepares and develops structural analysis and design calculations for buildings and infrastructure projects.
- Gathers, reviews, and correlates engineering data using established and well-defined procedures and methodologies.
- Executes detailed and routine structural engineering assignments involving calculations, modeling, design checks, and technical evaluations.
- Develops structural design solutions in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.




- Proposes approaches to solve engineering problems through modification and adaptation of standard procedures and previously developed methods.
- Identifies discrepancies, inconsistencies, or technical issues in design outputs and recommends appropriate corrective actions.
- Performs structural analysis using relevant engineering software and prepares design documentation, reports, and technical deliverables.
- Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration of structural designs with other engineering disciplines.
- Provides technical guidance and mentoring to entry-level engineers and designers.
- Reviews engineering drawings, calculations, and project deliverables for quality and accuracy.
- Performs work in accordance with agreed project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements with minimal supervision.
- Independently performs all tasks necessary to complete primary structural design elements for engineering projects.
- Participates in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussions as required.
- Ensures compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality management systems.
