Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and copy development of brand campaigns across digital, print, social, motion, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders to develop visually cohesive and conceptually strong assets.
- Design and supervise creation of assets for UI/UX projects, brand collateral, pitch decks, presentations, and social campaigns.
- Uphold brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries; evolve brand guidelines as needed.
- Own project timelines, delivery quality, and feedback loops.
- Stay ahead of design, tech, and cultural trends to bring freshness to campaigns.
- Working on Strong infographic Design
- Working on illustrations and character designs from scratch for storyboarding, conceptualising

Required Tools & Technical Proficiency

- Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva
- UI/UX: Figma, Adobe XD
- Motion/Video/3D (Good to Have): After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, Blender
- Content Creation(Good to Have): Reels, Shorts

Must-Have Skills

- Design Mastery:



Strong layout, typography, color theory, and branding capabilities.
- Creative Ideation: Ability to translate briefs into breakthrough concepts.
- Copy & Visual Sync: Comfortable writing or shaping copy to elevate design storytelling.
- Detail Orientation: Deliver pixel-perfect work that aligns with brand standards.
- Motion & Video (Valuable to Have): Working knowledge of animations, reels, and dynamic content.
- UX/UI Sensibility (Good to Have): Design with empathy and clarity, keeping user journeys in mind.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in creative/design roles; agency or tech/startup background preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital, Illustration, offline, and storytelling
- Comfort working independently and in cross-functional team settings.
