1. - Designing, developing, and implementing ETL processes using Talend, Python, AWS Glue
2. - Monitoring, supporting, and troubleshooting production ETL jobs
3. - Upgrading Talend in production
4. - Collaborating with offshore development team
5. - Continuously assess and enhance data integration processes, tools, and methodologies
6. - Conducting proof of concepts, stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation within the team

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

- Proven experience (3+ years) in hands-on design, development with a focus on Talend, Python, SQL, data modeling, ETL pipelines

- Strong technical proficiency in Talend, Python,



AWS Glue and other relevant analytics and ETL tools

- In-depth knowledge of data integration concepts, REST APIs and data modeling

- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

- A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement

Nice to have:

- Knowledge or experience in AWS QuickSight, AWS Athena, AWS Glue
