About the Role

We are seeking experienced Civil Engineers with expertise in industrial construction, specifically within the oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical sectors. This role involves managing in office execution, structural work, and erection activities while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage civil construction activities, including structural and erection tasks.
- Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
- Identify and prioritize critical areas to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.
- Monitor progress, allocate resources, and address on-site challenges.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or
- Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with exposure to oil & gas,



refinery, or petrochemical projects.

Requirements

- Expertise in structural and erection work for industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of resource estimation, project scheduling, and quality control.
- Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations in the industry.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and resolving technical issues.

- Excellent organizational skills to manage project timelines and resources effectively.
