Our company is seeking a highly experienced Director Data Science to lead our team of data scientists and analysts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment. This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in data science, machine learning, and analytics.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of data scientists and analysts in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions.
- Develop and implement data science strategies that support business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the team in the development and execution of data science projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for data science initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and machine learning.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.




- 15-18 years of experience in data science, analytics, and machine learning.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
