nJob Summary:
nWe are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Inside-Sales Executive (0-1 year of experience; freshers are welcome to apply) to support our sales team in acquiring and retaining clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and creating proposals that showcase Qikberry's CPaaS solutions, including SMS,



WhatsApp, and voice services.

- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable CPaaS solutionsn
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clientsn
- Coordinate with the sales team to qualify leads and support the sales pipelinen
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to strengthen positioningn
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to address client queriesn
- Assist in creating pitch decks, case studies, and sales collateraln
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRMn
