Job DescriptionEpsilon Staffing Solutions has been mandated by an established engineering company specialising in machinery and equipment for the steel pipe and tube manufacturing industry to identify a suitable candidate for the position of Sales Manager.
nThe primary responsibility of the position is to identify and develop potential pipe and tube manufacturing customers, understand their manufacturing and capacity-expansion requirements, and explore opportunities to offer appropriate machinery and equipment solutions.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop potential customers engaged in manufacturing ERW, MS, GI, SS and other steel pipes/tubesn
- Map pipe and tube manufacturers and generate new business opportunitiesn
- Meet promoters, plant heads, production teams, purchase teams and other key decision-makersn
- Understand customers' existing manufacturing facilities, capacity expansion and modernization plansn
- Identify opportunities for tube mills, pipe/tube finishing equipment, coil-processing equipment, cutting systems and allied machineryn




- Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and technical teamsn
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation and customer meetings to negotiation and order closuren
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customersn
- Track new projects and capital-equipment investment opportunities in the pipe and tube industryn
- Travel extensively for new customer developmentn

nCandidate Profile

- Experience: 6–12 yearsn
- Solid experience in B2B / Industrial / Capital Equipment Salesn
- Experience selling machinery, industrial equipment or engineering solutions to pipe, tube, steel or metal-processing companies would be preferredn
- Proven experience in new customer acquisition and business developmentn
- Ability to understand technical products and engage with manufacturing customersn
- Strong communication, negotiat
