nWe are looking for a confident, well-spoken and highly driven Key Accounts Manager to build and manage relationships high-value customers across Hyderabad.
nThe Role
nThis is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone with strong personality, excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with decision-makers.
nThe person will be responsible for acquiring key accounts, developing existing relationships, driving sales and representing the Hege brand professionally in the Hyderabad market.

- Identify and acquire high-value accountsn
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.n




- Conduct skilled sales presentations and product demonstrations.n
- Understand each customer's requirements and create suitable commercial proposals.n
- Negotiate pricing, volumes, margins and commercial terms.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, meetings, negotiation, onboarding and repeat business.n
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective accounts.n
- Ensure excellent servicing and relationship management for existing key accounts.n
- Track sales targets, collections, account profitability and growth.n
- Coordinate with internal teams for deliveries, billing, customer service and issue resolution.n
- Represent Hege at industry events, networking opportunities and customer meetings.n
- Continuously identify opportunities to increase Hege's visibility and presence in Hyderabad's premium hospitality and lifestyle ecosystem.n
