nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Close high-value real estate deals and manage the entire sales pipeline.n
- Onboard and manage Channel Partners (CPs) to boost lead outreach.n
- Monitor and optimize listings on 99acres, Housing.com, MagicBricks.n
- Ensure fair lead distribution between CPs and in-house sales teams.n
- Engage with walk-in and organic leads; convert them into buyers.n
- Resolve CP conflicts, track portal performance, and improve conversions.n
- Coordinate with social media teams to enhance campaign quality.n




- Collaborate with content/design teams to create appealing and compliant marketing material.n

nRequirements

- n
- 5–8 years of hands-on real estate sales experience.n
- Excellent public dealing, communication, and team management skills.n
- Preferred: UPRERA Agent or experience with reputed builders/CPs in high-volume sales.n
