As we scale, design will play a huge role in how parents discover, understand and fall in love with the brand. n
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands that valuable design is not just about looking beautiful — it needs to communicate, engage and convert. n
What You’ll Own n
- Create high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms n
n- Design Meta performance ads with a strong understanding of hooks, CTR and conversion n
n- Create WhatsApp creatives, CRM banners, push-notification visuals and other customer communication n
n- Design website/app banners, landing-page assets and campaign creatives n
n- Build carousels, infographics,



reels covers and short-form visual content n
n- Create offline marketing material including standees, posters, flyers, event branding and packaging n
n- Support investor presentations, corporate decks and partnership material n
n- Work with the content and performance marketing teams to rapidly test multiple creative concepts n
n- Maintain and continuously improve the EleFant's visual identity across channels n
n- Use AI design and content tools to improve speed, experimentation and creative output n
What We’re Looking For n
Someone who: n
- Has 2–5 years of hands-on graphic design experience n
n- Has a strong portfolio, especially in consumer/D2C/startup brands n
n- Understands digital-first and mobile-first design n
n- Can turn a simple brief into a strong visual idea rather than just executing instructions n
n- Understands typography, layouts, hierarchy and brand consistency n
