Job DescriptionWe're Hiring: MSP Program Specialist – Delivery & Operations
nLocation: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Gurgaon
nExperience: 4–6 Years | Full-Time
nImmediate to 15 Days Joiners Preferred
nLooking for a dynamic professional with experience in MSP operations and recruitment delivery to join our team
nKey Responsibilities:
n• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery
n• Coordinate with vendors & internal teams
n• Track hiring pipeline, onboarding & resource lifecycle
n• Ensure SLA adherence & compliance (BGV, documentation)
n• Maintain dashboards, reports & vendor performance metrics
nWhat We're Looking For:
n• 2–4 years in MSP / staffing / recruitment operations
n• Strong vendor management & coordination skills
n• Experience with resource tracking, BGV & reporting
n• Valuable hands-on experience with MS Excel
n• VMS tools like SAP Fieldglass and Beeline are a plus
