Job Description
Assistant Outlet Manager to support the overall operations of the outlet and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. The role involves supervising daily operations, coordinating with various teams, managing service standards and ensuring smooth workflow during operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team, handling guest feedback and complaints, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, monitoring inventory and controlling operational costs. The candidate will also support the Outlet Manager in achieving revenue targets, implementing SOPs and driving team performance.
A strong focus on guest satisfaction, attention to detail, leadership and operational excellence is essential for this role.
