Latin America: $3,200–$4,800

Philippines: $2,200–$3,500

About the Company

Our client is an innovative healthcare technology company operating in the Durable Medical Equipment sector. Having established a successful core product handling key operational business functions in healthcare. The new product is a greenfield SaaS platform built from the ground up to complement existing offerings. Early customer demand has been strongly validated, with preliminary contracts already signed. We are expanding its engineering capacity with top-tier offshore technical talent. The team operates with a modern, AI-enabled software philosophy, actively embedding AI coding assistants and automation directly into engineering workflows.

Role Summary

The Full-Stack Developer / Software Engineer will join a lean, fast-paced engineering team responsible for building the new product from initial architecture and prototypes into a scalable, production-ready SaaS solution. This role requires a hands-on engineer skilled across both backend and frontend development using the .NET stack.

The ideal candidate thrives in greenfield environments, takes end-to-end ownership of feature delivery, and leverages modern AI development tools (such as AI coding agents, Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor) to accelerate velocity without compromising code quality, security, or maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Stack Software Development

- Design, code, test,



and maintain robust frontend and backend application features for the new healthcare platform.
- Architect and maintain clean, performant APIs, microservices, business logic, and background processing systems in .NET.
- Develop intuitive frontend interfaces and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Transform technical requirements, workflow diagrams, and architectural prototypes into scalable code.
- Ensure strict code quality, maintainability, performance, and unit/integration test coverage.

2. Cloud Infrastructure & Azure Support
- Support deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of applications within a Microsoft Azure environment.
- Work with Azure cloud services, databases, app services, and integration pipelines.
- Assist in establishing scalable cloud development workflows as customer usage scales post-launch.

3. AI-Enabled Development Workflow
- Integrate AI coding agents and automated development tools into daily engineering workflows to boost efficiency.
- Utilize AI tools for rapid prototyping, debugging, documentation generation, and unit test expansion.
- Exercise strong engineering judgment to review, audit, and refactor AI-generated code for security and accuracy.

4. Product Integration & Data Architecture
- Build secure RESTful APIs and integration mechanisms to process data across healthcare.
- Design and query relational databases (SQL) supporting complex business logic and operational data flows.
- Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and dependencies early in the development lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements





Required Experience & Skills
- Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
- Core Technology Stack: Demonstrated proficiency with the .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs).
- AI Development Fluency: Practical experience using AI tools/agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) within development workflows.
- Database Knowledge: Strong working experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar) and ORMs (Entity Framework).
- Schedule & Work Hours: Must be available full-time during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours.
- Language & Communication: Fluent written and spoken English proficiency, with strong capability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Experience working in Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Prior domain knowledge in Durable Medical Equipment, healthcare workflows, or healthcare IT compliance/data formats.
- Experience in Domain-Driven Design
- Experience building greenfield products in fast-paced startup settings.
