- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and run orientation programs.
- Employee Relations: Help solve workplace conflicts, answer team questions, and conduct exit interviews.
- Policy & Compliance: Enforce company rules and track regional labor laws and safety standards.
- Data & Administration: Maintain secure digital employee files using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and support payroll processing.

Core Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of working in an HR support or generalist role.
- Knowledge: Clear understanding of local employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, active listening, and total discretion with private data.
- Tech: Comfortable using MS Office/Google Workspace and HR software (HRIS/HRMS).
