**Java L3 Production Support** **Work Location:** Bangalore Only **Experience:** 6 to 10 Years **Must-Have Skills:** + Apache Kafka, Java, Spring Boot + JSON/YAML, Git, Maven, GitHub + CI/CD Pipelines + SQL, Linux, Bash Scripting + L3 Production/Application Support Experience + Monitoring & Alerting Tools (DataDog, Dynatrace, etc.) + Solid Communication and Collaboration Skills + Basic Angular/Java Development Knowledge + Database Troubleshooting and Analysis **Nice-to-Have Skills:** + SAML, SASL/OAuth + ServiceNow, JIRA + PowerShell Scripting + Azure Cloud + Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably within global financial institutions **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide L3 support for Kafka-based enterprise applications and platforms. + Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and service disruptions.
