Job Description: Relationship Manager Wealth Management (Fresher)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Relationship Manager (Fresher) for our Kolkata office. This role is ideal for someone with basic knowledge of Mutual Funds, good communication skills, and a solid willingness to learn. You will support the Wealth team in client servicing, documentation, onboarding coordination, and day-to-day operational tasks, while learning core wealth management processes and products.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing Support

- Assist in handling client queries via calls/WhatsApp/email and coordinate resolutions

- Support the team in maintaining regular communication with clients

- Ensure smooth client experience through timely follow-ups and updates

Documentation & Operations





- Support client onboarding and documentation (KYC, account opening, MF transactions, forms)

- Check documents for completeness and coordinate with internal teams for processing

- Maintain client records, trackers, and basic MIS reports (Excel/Sheets/CRM)

Team Coordination

- Work closely with Relationship Managers to support daily client and transaction requirements

- Assist in preparing client communication drafts, proposals, and basic product notes

- Coordinate with product/operations teams for closures and service requests

Product Learning

- Build working knowledge of Mutual Funds and basic investment concepts

- Stay updated on product/process changes shared internally

Candidate Requirements (Kolkata Fresher)

- Graduation in Commerce / Finance / Economics / Business (preferred)

- Basic understanding of Mutual Funds (types, SIP/lumpsum, NAVbasic level is enough)

- Comfortable with documentation and operational coordination

- Good communication skills in English + Bengali (Hindi is a plus)

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred
